Bilingual Customer Service - Order Desk
Location: Brampton
The incumbent will be working in a food distributor company and will be responsible to provide professional customer service and to accurately and efficiently process purchase orders.
• Answer incoming phone calls and perform duties including: process phone/fax orders, answer questions on products and/or services, and other actions to resolve problems.
• Order Entry: Receive and process orders/daily by phone, fax, email, EDI, and voice mail
• Take orders by phone and enter orders
• Process outbound calls and transfer inbound calls to sales reps, accounts receivables, warehouse and managers
• Customer Order Inquiry: Ensure appropriate resolution and record keeping. Check order status

Requirements: • Bilingual (English with strong French both verbal and written) is a requirement
• High school education; some post-secondary courses
• Minimum 2 years of order desk/customer support dealing with a wide range of products
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Positive attitude with high energy and is a team player. Comfortable with rapid change
• Able to multi-task and problem solve
