| Specialized South Indian cook The Chennai Spice restaurant is looking for 2 Cooks specialized in South Indian/Indo-chinese cuisine. The positions are full-time, permanent, starting as soon as possible. Job duties: Cook all food according to menu, specializing in South Indian/Indo-Chinese cuisine and according to customer preferences; Cook special food or customer request; participate in menu planning and recipe development; ensure adherence to all food productions standards; maintain food quality and service in accordance with the standardized company recipes and procedures; comply with company policies and procedures; train and supervise kitchen helpers; perform other tasks assigned by management. Requirements: No education requirements. High school diploma an asset but not necessary. 3 years experience in commercial cooking, especially in South Indian/ Indo-chinese cooking.
