| CNC MACHINISTS - LARGE MACHINES - BRAMPTON CNC MACHINISTS - LARGE MACHINES - BRAMPTON $28 to 32 per hour - Annual income in the + $80,000 range. This Brampton based custom machining operation provides precision machining, machine building and fabrication services to a wide variety of customers in the petroleum, energy, pulp & paper, mining, power transmission and injection molding fields. Making use of very large CNC horizontal and vertical boring mills (5 axis heads with rotary tables and multi-head automatic tool changers such as Toshiba BP150, Toshiba MPC Planer Mills, G&L Horizontals), they are well equipped to handle custom machining jobs of very large size as is typically found in the power generation, mining and petroleum industries. Their facilities are ISO 9002 certified and equipped with the most up to date co-ordinate measuring machines and sophisticated measuring devices to ensure that their customer’s requirements are met. Expansion in their operations creates the need for a highly skilled CNC Machinist experienced with large CNC Horizontal Boring Machines and/or large CNC Planer Mills. These positions require highly skilled and experienced Machinists capable of performing their own set-ups and maintaining very close tolerances on large Horizontal Boring machines and/or large Planer mills. The machines are new high-performance, floor-type horizontal milling and boring machines and large planer type mills with capacities of up to 50 tons. Their overall compensation is attractive. The work week consists of 5 days per week at 10 hours per day with the fifth day at an overtime rate of time and one half. On a yearly basis, income will be in $80,000 to $90,000 range plus full benefits, pension plan and flex-time work schedules. This opportunity is immediate.
